We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of full payment. 
We ship orders using Australia Post or Sendle. A tracking number is provided to you when your order is despatched.

Please note: When International orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Unfortunately we cannot control Customs or Quarantine and it is a legal requirement for every country to go through this process. You, the customer, are responsible for assuring that the products you have ordered can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, these additional charges must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
